It was born from a proposal by Ludovico Giustiniani and took shape with Ivan Borsato and his brewery. The result is a beer that is easy to drink and well matched. Designed for a snack at Casa Roccagelsa’s Frasca in Mandre or for an evening in an Osteria in Collalto.
